Delivery and Returns
Your orders will be delivered to the address you specified within 2 to 4 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday will be processed on Monday. Delivery hours are between 9 AM and 6 PM on weekdays. No deliveries are made on Sundays.

Once your shipment is complete, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can track your order status by entering your tracking number into the link below.

Size exchanges or returns are possible within 14 days. Products must be unworn, with tags attached, and undamaged. After the product is returned, it will be checked by our team for quality and control standards, and if it meets the necessary conditions, an exchange or refund will be made.
